Ma-ai 2 – (間合い) en/of Ma (間). PART 2: “The Ma requires advancing and retreating, separating and meeting.”

1. The mind is the same with Heaven and Earth
2. The circulatory rhythm of the body is similar to the sun and the moon
3. The Law includes hardness and softness
4. Act in accordance with time and change
5. Techniques will occur when a void is found
6. Distancing requires advancing and retreating, separating and meeting
7. The eyes do not miss even the slightest change
8. The ears listen well in all directions

Ma-ai 2 – (間 合 い) en / van Ma (間). deel 2: “De Ma vereist vooruitgaan en zich terugtrekken, scheiden en ontmoeten.”

1. De geest is één met hemel en aarde
2. Het ritme van de bloedsomloop van het lichaam is vergelijkbaar met de omloop van de zon en de maan
3. De wet omvat hardheid en zachtheid
4. Handel in overeenstemming met tijd en verandering
5. Technieken zullen optreden wanneer een leegte wordt gevonden
6. Afstanden vereist vooruitgaan en zich terugtrekken, scheiden en ontmoeten
7. De ogen missen zelfs de kleinste verandering niet
8. De oren luisteren goed in alle richtingen
